Accommodation Provider Terms
1. Role
Lalewisedeal acts solely as a disclosed booking agent.
2. Provider Obligations
Hotels confirm responsibility for:

accommodation supply;
-
VAT and tourist taxes;

guest invoicing;
-
compliance with local regulations.
3. Commission
Commission is payable based on confirmed bookings.
4. VAT
Commission VAT treatment follows Article 44 EU VAT Directive
(reverse charge where applicable).
5. Settlements
Payments collected are client money and remitted net of commission.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.
