Each accommodation provider sets its own:

2. Refund Processing

Refund approval is issued by the accommodation provider.

Lalewisedeal processes refunds only upon provider authorisation.

Once your refund is authorised by the Accommodation Provider, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Late or missing refund procedure: if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 3. Payment Fees
Payment gateway fees may be non-refundable depending on provider rules.
4. Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in booking cancellation and investigation.
